Joyce Ann (Porter) Brammer

Joyce Ann Porter Brammer, 64 of Kannapolis went to be with the Lord on Monday, November 2, 2020 at Universal Health Care and Rehabilitation in Concord following a period of declining health.

Joyce was born December 25, 1955 in Cabarrus County, NC a daughter of the late Albert Wilson Alexander Porter and Gaynell Esther Seahorn Porter.She was also preceded in death by a sister Robin Porter.

Per her wishes her body has been donated to science.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.

Joyce was of the Baptist Faith. She loved watching wrestling, and working crossword puzzles. Her favorite entertainers were Conway Twitty and Elvis.

Survivors include a son, Andrew Barr and wife Pam of Kannapolis, daughter Amber K. Bost, sisters, Judy Furr and husband Eddie of Concord, and Alice Fink Porter of Charlotte.

The family requests that memorials be made to West Point Baptist Church, 1100 Pine St, Kannapolis, NC 28081.
