Leigh Ann Allen

Leigh Ann Allen, 56, of Kannapolis, passed away Sunday, October 31, 2021, at her home, following a brief illness.

Born May 31, 1965, in Cabarrus County, she was a daughter of Ann Emerson Allen and the late Phillip Steven Allen.

Leigh Ann loved all of her family, especially her grandchildren, and enjoyed flowers, crafts, baking, country music and collecting coffee cups and angels.  She was a member of Bethpage Presbyterian Church.  Gone too soon, Leigh Ann will be greatly missed by her family and all who knew and loved her.

Family members left with cherished memories in addition to her mother, include her son, Colby Reid, of Kannapolis; sisters, Beth Dwinell and husband, Jayme, of Rockwell and Amy Ritchie, of Kannapolis; her much loved grandchildren, Cameron and Caliyah Reid; extended family members and many friends.

A memorial graveside service will be held Saturday, November 13, 2021at 2:00PM at Carolina Memorial Park .
