Ann Holland Thacker

Obituary: Ann Holland Thacker, 88, of Salisbury, formerly of Kannapolis, died Saturday, October 22, 2011 at Genesis Elder Care after a period of declining health. A graveside service will be held at 12:00 PM Monday, October 24 at the National Cemetery in Salisbury. Ann was born October 4, 1923 in Cherokee Co. NC a daughter of the late W. Gertes and Jessie Sneed Holland. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband; James O. Thacker, who died in 2005. Ann was retired from J. C.
