Annie Love Rudisill

Obituary: Annie Love Rudisill, 98, of 185 Wilkinson Ct., Concord, died at Hospice House of Cabarrus Co. on Saturday, August 22, 2009. She was born on August 8, 1911 in Wilkes Co., NC, the daughter of the late Ulysses Love and the late Mary Teal Love. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Rudisill is preceded in death by her husband, Arthur B. Rudisill, Sr. who died in 1970. Survivors include two sons: Arthur Rudisill, Jr. of Orangeburg, SC and Jim Rudisill of Fort Mill, SC. She is also survived by three daughters, Syb Plummer Concord, Sylvia Coleman of Mt. Pleasant, NC and Violet Rudisill of Concord. The funeral service for Mrs. Rudisill will be held at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 25th at Whitley's Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Rev. Mike Farley. Burial will take place at Carolina Memorial Park in Kannapolis. The family will receive friends at Whitley's from 1-3:00 p.m. before the service.
