Obituary: Annie Elizabeth Valentine Williams, 76, went home to be with the Lord Monday, December 30, 2013 at CMC North East Medical Center. Mrs. Williams was born December 18, 1937 in Guilford, North Carolina to the late James and Bertie Howerton Valentine. Annie was married to the late David Williams. She was a homemaker and was a 50 year member of Landis Baptist Church. Survivors include two daughters, Sheila Williams and Brenda Williams both of Landis, North Carolina; and a brother, Ed Valentine of Summerfield, North Carolina. A memorial service will be held 2:00 P.M. Friday, January 3, 2014 at Landis Baptist Church with Rev. Ritchie Honeycutt officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
