Obituary: Anthony Dale Upright, 33 of 9255 Sherrill's Ford Road, Terrell, NC went to be with the Lord Sunday, August 2, 2010 at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center, Mooresville. His death was unexpected. A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, August 6, 2010 At Whitley's Funeral Home Main Chapel conducted by Rev. Gene Beaver. Anthony was born October 8, 1976 in Cabarrus County, son of C.L. Upright, Jr. and Robbie Ann Phifer Hayes. He was a dry wall installer in the construction industry. In addition to his parents he is survived by his Step- Father: Dennis P. Hayes, Sr., Daughter: Briana Upright and two sons: Josh and Johnathon Upright, Sister: April Parton, Step-Brother: Michael Upright, Step-Sister: Lori Hall, Grandmother: Mary Phifer, Grandfather: Lee Upright.
