Arlene Verna (Robson) Nuckols

Kannapolis

Arlene Verna Robson Nuckols, 90, of Kannapolis passed away Saturday, September 26, 2020 after a period of declining health. Born October 8, 1929 in Taylor, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Henry H. and Martha J. Naylor Robson.

Arlene is survived by three sisters, Jane Robson of Pennsylvania, Grace Wright and husband Larry of Pennsylvania, Donna Webb and husband Wayne of Georgia; two brothers, Henry “Hank” Robson and wife Linda of Kannapolis, North Carolina and Donald Robson and wife Darla of Pennsylvania; a step-daughter, Debbie Sloop; several step-grandchildren; several step-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Aside from her parents, Arlene was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Gordon, in October 2009.

A memorial service to honor Arlene's life will be held 11:00AM Saturday, October 17, 2020 at Bethel Wesleyan Church,4036 Old Salisbury - Concord Road, Kannapolis. Pastor Joe Harding will officiate. The family will receive friends from 10:30 - 11:00 prior to the service at the church. Inurnment will be in Salisbury National Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
