Austin Gabriel Beverly, 22, of Huntersville passed away on November 21, 2019. His death was sudden and devastating.
Visitation will be held at Whitley’s Funeral Home from 12:00 to 2:00 PM Tuesday, November 26, his funeral will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday at Whitley’s Chapel. Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park.
Austin was born May 19, 1997 in Mecklenburg Co., a son of Eddie Beverly and Dawn Britt Lippard. Austin was a lifelong area resident. He was a student at Rowan Cabarrus Community College in the Radiography program.
Austin loved spending time computer gaming with friends, listening to music, video editing, running, playing tennis, boogie / paddle boarding, hanging out with his family and radiography tech friends, and devouring extra spicy wings. His feathered friends Harbor, Mango, and Olive brought much joy and conversation to his life. He was a fun, thoughtful, compassionate soul who wanted everyone to like each other and be happy. Austin was dedicated to his radiography studies and did everything that he could to help his rad tech family succeed.
Austin was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jack and Betty Beverly and his grandmother, Peggy Culp. Those left to cherish his memory include his mother and step father, Dawn and Barry Lippard of Huntersville, his father and stepmother, Eddie and Trudy Beverly of Harrisburg, his brother Cameron Beverly of Huntersville, his grandparents, Grace Britt of Lumberton and Charles Britt of Woodruff, SC, Hubert Lippard of China Grove and James and Judy Mechum of Landis and great-grandmother Lucille Blackwelder of Landis.
