Barbara Ann (Ross) Grimes

Barbara Ann Ross Grimes, 81 of Kannapolis passed away Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at Big Elm Nursing Home.
She was born June 11, 1942 in Cabarrus Co to the late Kimzy T. Ross and Julian Sanderlin Ross.
She worked at Cannon Mills for many years. Barbara was an avid bingo player, enjoyed her music, playing the guitar, singing and dancing. Loved family times and the occasional trip to the beach was a joy for her. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her siblings: Earnest Ross, Jack Ross, Norman Ross, Butch Ross, Donald Ross, Clyde Ross, Alma Ross Kemp, and Sylvia Ross.
Those left to cherish her memory; Donna Grimes Galyan, James Brannon Grimes Jr. Michael Todd Grimes, grandchildren, Haley Buder Kimball, Douglas Wayne Ledbetter Jr. Dexter Wayne Ledbetter, Joseph Daniel Galyan, Jessica Diane Galyan, Great Grandchildren; Bristol Jane Ledbetter, Sylas Ledbetter, Kyser Loraine Ledbetter, Evelyn Grey Ledbetter, Cameron Suzanne Kimball, Jason Kimball, Ella Kimball, Stella Grace Gaylan, Waylon Cole Galyan, and one sister Tilda Ross Gainey.
