Barbara Kelley Hamm

Barbara Kelley Hamm, 95, of Concord, passed away Sunday, January 19, 2025 at home.

She was born September 10, 1929, to the late John Earl Kelley and Ruby Garnet Steele Kelley.

Barbara and her husband Clyde volunteered at Atrium Health Cabarrus for 15 years. Both enjoyed camping with friends in Pigeon Forge, TN. Barbara enjoyed gospel music, attending many gospel singing tours. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 74 years, Clyde Hamm and sister Nancy Isaac.

Those left to cherish her memory are Mike Hamm(son), Vickie Frasure(daughter) and brothers: John Kelley, Howard Honeycutt (Joan), Mike Honeycutt (Judy), Richard Honeycutt, Randy Honeycutt (Linda), sister: Pam James (David). As well as grandson, Christopher Hamm (Sandy), granddaughter, Cisily Webb (David), great grandchildren, Elizabeth and Charlie Hamm and McKayla Goebel.

The family would like to thank Sharon and Candace of Hospice for their kind and loving care.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, January 23, 2025 at Whitley’s Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Curtis Parker officiating. Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park.

Visitation from 12:00 to 1:00 PM Thursday.
