Becky Ann Logan

Obituary: Rebecca Ann Huie Logan, age 69, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 16, 2017 at the Tucker Hospice House. She was born on October 1, 1948 at the March Airforce Base in Riverside CA. Becky was the daughter of the late Roy C. Huie and Dorothy Erwin Huie. She attended A.L. Brown High School. Becky was an incredibly loving housewife who supported her husband and raised her two sons. Her family fondly remembers her love of beach music, shag dancing, and spending time with friends and family at their home and at the former Kannapolis Country Club. Becky had a great sense of humor and was often the center of attention in almost any setting. The funeral service to celebrate her life will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, October 20, 2017 at Whitley's Funeral Home, Kannapolis, NC officiated by Rev. Mike Hubbard. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. Survivors include her husband of forty-eight years, E.M. (Chip) Logan Jr.; two sons, Jason Evans Logan & wife Natalie (LeAnn) Sloop Logan, of Southlake, TX and Daniel McBrayer (Brayer) Logan & wife, Tanya Black Logan of Kannapolis, NC; two grandchildren Chase Logan and Hannah Logan of Kannapolis, NC; two sisters, Kathy H. Koch & husband Steve Koch of Oak Island, NC, Rhonda Huie & Gary Wise of Fenton, MI, and her brother, Chuck Huie & wife Cindy Huie of Kannapolis NC; and many wonderful nieces & nephews.
