Benny Hugh Roseman

Benny Hugh Roseman, Jr., 61 of China Grove went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 5, 2020 at his residence. He had been in declining health for several years.

Benny was born June 29, 1959 in Rowan County, NC a son of Mary Evelyn Coone Roseman of Kannapolis and the late Benny Hugh Roseman, Sr. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Demitra Graham Roseman.

In addition to his mother he is survived by a son, Benny James Roseman (Kayla) of Salisbury, Maryland and a daughter, Angela Roseman Schenck (Chip) of Kannapolis. He is also survived by four grandchildren, Brycen, Aiden, Tessa, Eeva, and Evan.

Benny was owner/operator of Roseman Rock Masonry until his retirement due to ill health.

A graveside service for Benny will be held 2:00 P.M. Thursday, July 9, 2020 at West Lawn Memorial Park, China Grove conducted by Rev. Ron Hartman.

Mr. Roseman will lie in state at Whitley’s Funeral Home Thursday, July 9, 2020 from 8:30 AM until 1:15 P.M. for anyone who cares to view. The family will not be present for the viewing.

The family requests that memorials may be made to North Kannapolis United Methodist Church, 1307 N Main St, Kannapolis, NC 28081.
