Betty Jane Reinders

Obituary: Betty Jane Mincey Reinders, 74, of Davidson passed away Thursday, January 24, 2013 at her residence. Her death follows a period of declining health. Mrs. Reinders was born on December 7, 1938 in Moore County a daughter of the late Frank and Oma Mann Mincey. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by five brothers and sisters. Funeral services for Mrs. Reinders will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, January 27, 2013 at Whitley's Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Hubbard officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM on Sunday at the funeral home prior to the services. Mrs. Reinders was employed at the former Cabarrus Memorial Hospital as an Insurance and Accounts Payable Clerk until her retirement in 1995. She received an associate degree in Secretarial Science at Rowan Technical College and served in the US Navy for four years. Betty is survived by her husband; Arthur C. Reinders of the home, two daughters; Debra J. Mizelle and husband Kirk of Greenville, NC and Robin D. Helms of Davidson, three grandchildren; Trey Helms and wife Jenifer, and Arthur C.
