Beverly Gail (Storey) Mcclendon

Beverly Gail Storey McClendon, 73, of Kannapolis passed away on December 17, 2020. She was born June 30, 1947 in Cabarrus County, a daughter of the late Ross Cannon Storey and Loretta Marie Sechler Storey. Beverly was preceded in death by her son, Alan McClendon on Dec. 16, 2018.

Gail had formerly worked at Gary’s Bar B Que for 20 years, at Cannon Mills and in maintenance cleaning at the Outpatient Surgery Center in Salisbury before retiring. Gail enjoyed cooking, watching Joel Osteen and American Pickers on TV. She loved her family and was very caring and loved helping people.

A private graveside service will be held at West Lawn Memorial Park.

She is survived by her daughter, Sabrina Kerley (Steve), grandchild, Zack McClendon, sister, Sherry Ross Watson (Terry) and brother, Michael Cannon Storey (Ann).
