Obituary: Billie Honeycutt Harrelson, 78, of Concord went home to be with the Lord Jesus Friday September 28, 2012. Billie was born in Concord, NC October 28, 1933 to the late James and Ozell Honeycutt. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son Jackie Lee Mc Clamrock Sr. and a grandson Gerald C. Tucker Jr. Billie worked for many years in the hosiery mill which she retired. She was a faithful member of Zion Freewill Baptist Church for many years where she had such a passion for singing and playing her Omni Chourd. She was a very intelligent women always outgoing, never meeting a stranger. She had a passion for life, loved the mountains, her cats, and she was a loving mother and grandmother. Survivors include a daughter, Debra Tucker (Gerald) ; three sons, Daniel Mc Clamrock,Sr. (Gail), Robert Mc Clamrock (Wanda), and James McClamrock; two brothers, Lee Honeycutt and Michael Honeycutt(Debbie); 11 grandchildren; and 19 great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held 4:00 P.M. Sunday, September 30, 2012 at Whitley's Annex Chapel with her son, Evangelist Daniel E. McClamrock officiating. The family will receive friends 2:30-4:00 P.M. prior to the service. The burial will be private. The family would like to thank everyone who took time to help Billie. Special thanks to Hospice.
