Billy Daniel Bowles, 58, of China Grove, passed away unexpectedly Saturday evening, June 19, 2021, at Atrium Health Cabarrus.

Born April 25, 1963, in Charleston, West Virginia, he was a son of the late Billy David Bowles and Janis Green Bowles.  In addition to his parents, Billy was preceded in death by his brothers, Brian and Barry Bowles.

A true jack of all trades, Billy could absolutely fix any and every thing. He had most recently worked for Pizza Hut. His family was his life. He adored his children, always being actively involved and supporting each of them in everything they did.  Billy also enjoyed fishing, gardening and had a special love for his dogs.  Gone too soon, he will be greatly missed by all of his family and all who knew and loved him.

Loving family members left with cherished memories include his devoted wife, Tammy Bowles; his much loved children, Billy Adams, BJ Hunsucker and wife, Jennifer, Anthony Bowles and Leticia Bowles; his adored grandson, Beckett Thomas Durand; sister, Ruth Ann Clute; his niece, Deborah and nephew, TC.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 Monday, June 21st at Whitley’s Funeral Home in Kannapolis. To remember and give thanks for Billy’s life, a memorial service and burial will take place at a later date.
