Bobby Crowley

Obituary: Bobby Crowley, 68, passed away Saturday, January 23, 2016, at his residence. He had been in declining health but death was unexpected. Preceding him in death were his parents Johnnie and Nora Crowley. Born March 27, 1947 in Chesterfield County, SC, Bobby had honorably served his country with the US Air Force. Retired as an electrician from Cabarrus County Schools, Bobby loved his family and was an avid fisherman. Family members left with cherished memories include his daughter, Stacey Crowley Starnes; nephew Kevin Crowley; his brothers Harold Crowley (Judy), Steve Crowley and Gene Crowley (Rebecca); his sister Linda Sides (Butch); nieces Kim Rogers and Elizabeth Miller (Dan); nephews Luke Crowley and Brandon Sides (Kellie). The family will receive friends Monday, January 25th from 1:30-3:00 pm at Whitley's Funeral Home in Kannapolis. Funeral services to remember and celebrate Bobby's life will begin at 3:00 pm in the funeral home chapel, conducted by Pastor Gary Scoggins.
