Bobby Lee Jones

Bobby Lee Jones, 65, of Kannapolis, passed away peacefully at home on January 12, 2021.

Bobby was born on June 17, 1955 in Cabarrus County to the late T.C. Pete Jones and Myrtle Jessie Cartrett Jones. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Tony Jones and Charles Jones; and two sisters, Kay Stirewalt and Barbara Twitty.

Bobby worked as an installer for Atlas Sign Company. He loved Western movies and country music. He also enjoyed going fishing at the lake.

Those left to cherish his memory include a son, Timothy Jones; sister, Sue Falkner; friend, Hal Overcash, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service honoring Bobby's life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at West Concord Cemetery.
