Obituary: Bobby Clifford Williams, 71, of Kannapolis passed away, Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at his home. He was born January 26, 1946 in Washington D.C. to June Elizabeth Fogle Williams and the late Bobby Ray Williams. Bobby was a US Air Force Veteran serving in Vietnam. He was a devoted husband, loving father, and an incredible grandfather. He enjoyed fishing, motorcycles, golf, and the Charlotte Checkers hockey team. He served as a Chaplin for the Christian Motorcycle Association. Bobby was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Ray Williams, his brothers Howard Williams and Todd Williams, son Edward Wayne Hall, and nephew Chad Williams. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 35 years, Joy G. Williams, his children Crystal Immenhauser (Billy), Todd Hall (Melinda), Bobby Clifford Williams Jr. (Angelia), Pollyann Dutterer (Brian), and Bryan Williams (Melissa), his mother, June Elizabeth Fogle Williams, one sister, Bonnie June Lentz, one brother, Paul Williams, 21 grandchildren, 11 Great grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, March 24, 2017 at the Old Historic Salisbury National Cemetery, with Military Honors.
