Bonnie Cleary Wilson

Obituary: Bonnie Cleary Wilson, 74, of Kannapolis, passed away Sunday, October 11, 2015 at CHS Northeast, after a period of declining health. Bonnie was born August 3, 1941 in Wilkes Co. to the late John Quincey Cleary and Francis Walker Cleary. She attended Cabarrus Co. schools and was a homemaker and a care giver all of her life. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, she also enjoyed reading the bible and listening to religious music. Bonnie was a member of Lakewood Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Lawrence Erwin Wilson in 2010, also two brothers, Harold Cleary, Ivor "Bud" Cleary, two sisters, Marie Brown, and Ida Cardwell. Those left to cherish her memory, two sons Harold Wilson, Charles Wilson, daughter Mary Ann Bass all of Kannapolis, two sisters Faye Baucom, Maizie Loggins, both of Kannapolis, one brother, Arlie Cleary of Elizabethtown, KY, five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Visitation & Service: Visitation will be held from 11-12, Thursday at Whitley's Funeral Home, with funeral service at 12 Noon Thursday (Oct. 15) at Whitley's Chapel with the Rev.
