Brenda Clodfelter

Obituary: Brenda Grady Clodfelter, 72, of Kannapolis passed away on Sunday, October 5, 2014 at Novant Rowan Regional Medical Center. She was born May 6, 1942 in Richmond County, the daughter of the late James Clyde Grady and Christine Biles Grady. She was preceded in death by an infant son, Michael Todd Clodfelter. She had retired from Cannon Mills Shipping Dept. after 30 years. She was a member of North Kannapolis Baptist Church. She enjoyed working out in the yard, her dogs, but most of all spending time with her grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 PM Wednesday at Whitley's Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Rev. Chris O'Guin. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:30 PM at Whitley's Funeral Home. At other times, they will be at the daughter's home. She is survived by her husband, William Glenn Clodfelter, daughter, Tamara Clodfelter, and three grandchildren, Brett, Braxton and Bella. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to North Kannapolis Baptist Church, 312 Locust St., Kannapolis, NC 28081 and/or Cabarrus Humane Society, 2010 Wilshire Ct, Concord, NC 28025.
