Brenda Goble

Brenda Ann Goble, 80, of Kannapolis passed away March 31, 2023, at Atrium Health Cabarrus in the same hospital she was born. She was born October 7, 1942 in Cabarrus County, a daughter of the late John Lee Goble and Evelyn Jane Almond Goble. She was preceded by her sister, Jean Morgan.

Brenda retired from Cannon Mills after 32 years.  She was a graduate of A.L. Brown High School. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Kannapolis Ward where she was a member of the Relief Society. Brenda enjoyed reading and loved animals, especially her dog, Rascal. Brenda loved traveling with her nieces and nephew and also loved going out to eat, especially loved spending time with her Park Road Soda Shop friends here in Kannapolis.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM Friday, April 7, 2023 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1601 Cooper Ave, Kannapolis, NC 28081. Visitation will be prior from 10”00 AM to 11:00 AM at the church. Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park.

Brenda is survived by her nieces, Tammy Brinkley (Dale), Jodi Chisolm (Chris), nephew, Todd Morgan (Lori) and many great nieces and nephew.
