Obituary: Cameron Lee Morris, 20, of Salisbury passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2012 at Rowan Regional Medical Center. He was born May 7, 1991 in Cabarrus County. He was a graduate of East Rowan High School. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM Saturday, Feb. 11, 2012 at Whitley's Funeral Home Chapel officiated Rev. Joe Harding. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 prior at Whitley's. At other times, they will be at his father's home, 314 Palmer Circle, Rockwell. He is survived by his mother Leslie T. Morris and Doug Bostick of Greenville, NC, his father Todd E. Morris and Michelle Goodman, and her daughters Hayleigh and Keelee of Rockwell and his brother Cody E. Morris of the home. He leaves behind grandparents: Terry L. Tuggle, his special papa, of Kannapolis, Tony and June Morris of Kannapolis, Joan and Berd Phillips of Kannapolis, greatgrandparents: Jimmy and Ruby Baker of Kannapolis, Harold Morris of High Rock Lake and Ruth Billings of Kannapolis. He is also survived by his loving fiancé, Jessica Fraley and their son who is about to be born, Bentley Cameron Lee Morris, and many aunts, uncles and cousins that were very special to him. The family requests that memorials be sent to Whitley's Funeral Home to defray expenses.
