Carl Allen Daniels

Obituary: Carl Allen Daniels, 64, of China Grove went to be with the Lord on Monday, February 25, 2019 at CHC-Northeast Medical Center, Concord. Death was unexpected. Carl was born March 4, 1954 in Iredell County, NC a son of the late Carl Eller Daniels and Lela Mae Plyler Daniels. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Jerry and Arnold Daniels. Carl was a self-employed carpenter. He and his deceased brother Arnold operated D&D construction prior to Arnold's death. Family members left to cherish his memory include his wife of 22 years; Melody Pressley Daniels, one daughter, Michelle Daniels Estrada of China Grove, four sisters; Janis Cashion of Troutman, Becky Keller and husband Jimmy of Kannapolis, Louise Hannon and husband Olan of Kannapolis, and Anne Shorts and husband Tom of Seneca, SC. A Memorial service is scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Saturday, March 2, 2019 at Whitley's Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Rev. Dennis Morgan. The family will receive friends at the funeral home following the service.
