Carlton Arnold Delello, Jr.

Carlton Arnold DeLello, Jr. 68 of Rockwell passed away September 4, 2023, at his residence.  Carlton was born in Newark, New Jersey on September 3, 1955, to Carlton Arnold DeLello, Sr. and Helen Galarza Martin.

Carlton enjoyed bowling, watching Godzilla and star-wars movies.  He was a mechanic and loved working on and talking about classic cars.  He was an avid football fan, especially of the Giants.  But most of all he loved his family and teasing the grandchildren.

Preceding him in death was his father Carlton Arnold DeLello, Sr.  and his sister Diane Delello.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Geraldine L. DeLello, Children, Diana Bococinski, Angela Poller and Craig Oliver, his mother Helen Martin, grandchildren, Gunnar Oliver, Jacob Poller, Jayda Poller Christian Bococinski and William Fetzke, brother Robert Martin, sister, Sharon Lee Decorah and a special cousin Aury Concepcion who assisted the family in Carlton’s final days. And his fur baby, Bailey.

The family will receive friends on Saturday September 9, 2023, from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at Whitley’s Funeral Home 1748 Dale Earnhardt Blvd. Kannapolis, NC  28083, with a funeral service beginning at 3:30 PM in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Steve Holshouser officiating
