Obituary: CONCORD - Carol Lester Scharf (Monga) 76 passed peacefully on Sunday March 20 2016 at 8:40 p.m. Her remains will be scattered in Glade Springs VA among loved ones gone before. She is survived by her daughter Donna McGowan, son Brian Scharf, and grandchildren Lisa Nacci, Krystina LeNear, Taylor Scharf, and Kyra Scharf.
