Carrie Lee Potts Trull

Obituary: Carrie Lee Potts Trull, 73, of Myrtle Beach, SC, formerly of Kannapolis died July 12, 2015 in Myrtle Beach, SC. She was born July 31, 1941 in Cabarrus County, the daughter of the late Fred Potts and Katy Johns Potts. She was preceded in death by a son, Marc Trull in 2012. Carrie retired from Belk's in Concord after many years. She then moved to the beach with her husband, which was her lifelong dream in 2003. She loved walking on the beach and spending time there. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, July 18, 2015 at Whitley's Funeral Home Main Chapel officiated by Rev. Alan Thompson and Rev. Ryan Widenhouse. Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 11 to 1 prior at Whitley's. She is survived by her husband, Jerry E. Trull Sr., two sons, Sonny Trull and Jeff Trull, two daughters, Michelle Register (Rick) and Dania Craft, 5 grandchildren, Lauren Register, Tony Viracola, Garrett Craft, Summer Weston Chow, and Alexa Trull, and her sister, Frances Rollins.
