Obituary: Carson Lee Cline, 57, of Concord passed away on Sunday, September 21, 2014 at CMC-NorthEast. He was born July 12, 1957 in Cabarrus County, the son of Lee Peeler Cline of Kannapolis and the late Irene Ketner Cline. He was preceded in death by a sister, Jo Ann Prince and niece, Mary Ann Foster. Carson retired from the Kannapolis Police Department. He was a veteran of the US Air Force. He was a 32* Mason.He attended Hickory Grove Baptist Church North Campus. He enjoyed fishing, riding motorcycles, playing guitar and spending time with his dogs as well as his other pets. The family will receive friends from 1:30 to 3:00 PM Wednesday, September 24, 2014 at Whitley's Funeral Home with a memorial service to follow at 3:00 PM in Whitley's Funeral Home Chapel. In addition to his father, Lee P. Cline (Margaret) of Kannapolis, he is survived by his wife, Alisa Riggs Cline, two children, Stephanie Burleson (Andy) of Salisbury and Eric Cline of Georgia, two step-children, Taylor and Hunter Page, and grandchild, Keyan Burleson.
