Charles Ray Bost

Obituary: Charles Ray Bost, 70, of Kannapolis passed away at his home on May 7, 2019. He was born July 28, 1948 in Cabarrus County, a son of the late Clyde and Bonnie Wiles Bost. He was preceded in death by sisters, Linda M. Bost and Shirley A. Bost and brother, Richard (Magoo) Bost. Ray retired from Cannon Mills after 33 years. He was a member of Kannapolis Church of God. He was faithful to the Young at Heart. He volunteered at the Refuge of Hope Soup Kitchen. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, May 19th, 2019 at Kannapolis Church of God. His family will receive friends prior from 1:30 to 3:00 PM at church. He is survived by two sisters, Janet Bost and Mary Bost and four brothers, Rick, Wayne, Mike and James Bost, 3 nephews, Walter Bost and fiancé, Kelly Kirk, Dennis Bost, Adam Bost, niece, Samantha Lefler, 4 great nephews, 1 great niece.
