Charles Kenneth Chuck Palmer

Obituary: Charles Kenneth (Chuck) Palmer, 55, of 1211 Ridgewood Drive, Concord passed away Monday May 4, 2009 at the Bob and Carolyn Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis. Mr. Palmer was born on September 3, 1953 at Fort Campbell, Ky. to Charles Albert and Sue Palmer. He attended Northwest Cabarrus High School. Mr. Palmer was employed with Overcash Electric of Mooresville before his retirement on disability. He served in the US Army. He was an avid NASCAR fan. In addition to his parents, Mr. Palmer is survived by his wife Faye Johnson Palmer of Mooresville and six children: Ryan Shane Palmer of Albemarle, Jeremy Paul Palmer of Conn., Joshua Shannon Palmer of Ca., Sarah Ann Palmer of Reno, NV, Summer and Amber Palmer of Concord, and a brother Michael Palmer of Salisbury and several grandchildren. There will be no services. The family asks in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Bob and Carolyn Tucker Hospice House, 5003 Hospice Lane, Kannapolis, NC 28081.
