Clark Dwain Lumsden

Obituary: Clark Dwain Lumsden, 72, of Kannapolis died at his home on Oct. 31, 2014. Dwain was born on Jan. 26, 1942 in Iredell Co., NC, the son of Elouise Overcash Lumsden and the late Clifford Sidney Lumsden. Mr. Lumsden retired as a machinist from Cannon Mills, and loved vintage automobiles. His service will take place today (Sunday) at 2:30 pm, at Whitley's Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Rev. Mitch Thomas. Burial will follow at Carolina Mem. Park. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his fiancé, the love of his life, E. Blondean Harrington, a son, Jeff Lumsden and a daughter, Crystal Beck (Tim); four grandchildren and also, by a brother, Earl Lumsden (Vickii) along with his beloved pet, Suger.
