Clinton Arthur Morrow Sr. 85, of Kannapolis, passed away, Monday, April 8, 2024 at The Greens of Cabarrus.

He was born January 16, 1939, in Cabarrus Co. to the late Clint E. Morrow and Emma Mann Morrow.

Clinton worked at Cannon Mills for 29 years, he also served in the National Guard for 9 years, he enjoyed hunting rabbit and squirrel, and fishing. Crappie and saltwater fishing were his favorite. He was a Christian man and was a deacon for many years. He believed in God and loved sharing his word through gospel music,

Those left to cherish his memory, include his wife of 63 years Charlotte Morrow, three sons; Artie Morrow, Jeff Morrow (Gina), Greg Morrow (Angela) grandchildren Kayla (Jacob), Blake (Whitley), Dwayne (Sarah), Josh, Allison, Brandon, Anna (Mike), Adam (Moon), Matthew, great grandchildren; Riston, Elsie, Isaac, Everett, Layla, Bryant, he is also survived by a sister Irene Pittman.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday April 10, 2024 at Whitley’s Funeral Home Chapel with Preacher Leon Simmons and J.R. Beaver officiating, burial will follow at West Concord Cemetery.

Visitation will be prior to the service from 1:00-2:00 PM at Whitley’s Funeral Home.
