Obituary: Clinton Tyler Pethel accepted his invitation into Heaven on Sunday, June 11, 2017 with his family by his side. His life began on September 18, 1985. He is survived by his father and mother, Tony and Peggy Pethel; his brother Nick and his wife Katie and their two children, Tucker and Bella; two uncles; Bob Bender and his wife Denise; and Edward Bender; an aunt Suzie Miller, cousins Jason Bender and his wife Kassy, Ashlee Bender, Cortney Eller and husband Justin, Chris Julian and wife Holly, Cole and Cara Bender, and George and Michael Bender. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Myra and Dale Pethel, George J. Bender and Mary C. Hamilton, and uncle George P. Bender. Clint's work allowed him opportunities to travel and build bonds with all people in many different states. He described his work as "living the dream" and "bringing power to the people" in a humorous tone. Clint was a member of a brotherhood of dedicated men and women who will truly miss him. Memories of Clint's contagious smile, wit and loving heart will live on forever when his name is simply mentioned. The family will continue to receive friends and share special moments at their home on Rogers Lake Road in Kannapolis. They would also like the opportunity to fellowship with others at Village Park next to the address of 745 West A Street during this Saturday's Concert in the Park. The family looks forward to celebrating Clint's life in the fashion which reflected his personality.
