Obituary: Connie Lee Robinson Everhart, 55, of Landis died Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at CHS-NE after a period of declining health. Her funeral will be at 4:00 PM Saturday, May 30 at Whitley's Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Coughlin and Rev. Joey Spry officiating. The family will receive friends at Whitley's Funeral Home on Saturday, May 30 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM. Private burial will follow at a later date. Connie was born March 8, 1960 in Cabarrus Co., a daughter of the late William RA Robinson and Nancy Beam Robinson of Landis. Connie was a lifelong area resident, attended Landis First Assembly and worked many years for Cannon Mills as a spinner. She enjoyed fishing, listening to music and watching TV. Connie was a loving and devoted daughter, sister, mother and grandmother. She will be dearly missed. In addition to her father, Connie was preceded in death by her son, Ricky Lee Graham, Jr. She is survived by her mother, her son, Daniel Ray Everhart (Britney) of China Grove, her 2 daughters; Trish G. Parson (Chad) of Kannapolis and SPC Jessica E. Gallegos (SSG Rodolfo Gallegos) of Ft. Bragg, 2 grandsons; William Everhart and Kobie Parson and sisters; Jackie Hill (Ricky) of Clemmons, Ethel Yontz (Mark) of Salisbury and Lisa Stirewalt (Johnny) of Mooresville and many nieces and nephews.
