Obituary: Mr. David Alan Williams, 68, of Kannapolis went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, August 1, 2015 after an extended illness. He was born October 1, 1946 in Cabarrus County to the late Phil Brown Williams and Alice Beaver Williams. He had worked in the food industry in various positions. David is survived by his wife Teresa Jacobs Williams, one son Jeffery Gordon Hines of New Zealand, two daughters Wendy Hines Lacey (Jeffery) of Elpaso, Texas, Trina Briddle (Paul) of Mt. Pleasant and four grandchildren. Graveside services will be 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at Carolina Memorial Park. Online condolences may be left at www.whitleysfuneralhome.com
