Obituary: Deborah "Debbie" Marlene Fisher, 67, of Chapel Hill passed away July 4, 2018 at her home. She was born June 4, 1951 in Concord, a daughter of the late George Thomas Fisher and Helen Glaris Smith Fisher. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 PM Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at Oakwood Cemetery in Concord. She is survived by two sisters, Beverly Nannette Fisher of Concord, Becky Fisher Steele of Kannapolis, brother, Jerry Michael "Fish" Fisher of Mt. Pleasant, and a nephew, David Thomas Steele and wife, Christina Louise Steele. Memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice in Debbi's Name.
