Deborah Hutchins

Obituary: Deborah Ann Menius Hutchins, age 56, passed away on July 6, 2017 to be with her Heavenly Father and loved ones that went before her. She was born in Klamath Falls, OR, the daughter of William E. Menius and Betty Pethel Menius. Deborah was able to travel a lot with her family and see a lot of America. She attended Mt. Pleasant High School. She later went to school and became a registered barber here in North Carolina. She had many jobs with her last one being with Shoe Show in Kannapolis. She loved music and entertaining people with her singing. She is preceded in death by a brother, William Edward Menius, Jr. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held 7:00 P.M., July 13, 2017 at First Freewill Baptist Church, China Grove, NC., with Pastor Mark Murphy officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. prior to the service. Burial will be at a later date at Sunset Cemetery, Kannapolis, NC. Survivors in addition to her parents include her husband, Dennis Hutchins and his family; her son, James Lee Wise & wife, Lyndsie; two grandsons, Hunter Lee Wise and Jase William Wise; and her brother, Michael Dean Menius. Memorials in her memory may be made to First Freewill Baptist Church, 405 N. Bostian Street, China Grove, NC 28023.
