Obituary: Delia Elizabeth "Lib"Freeze Winecoff, 87, of Kannapolis died Sunday, November 9, 2014 at the Tucker Hospice House. She was born April 24, 1927 in Davie County, the daughter of the late Peter Sylvester Freeze and Era May Latham Freeze. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Eugene Winecoff. Lib worked many years at Cannon Mills. She was a member of Bethpage Presbyterian Church. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, Nov. 16, 2014 at Whitley's Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Rev. Mike Hubbard. Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 PM prior to services. She is survived by God daughter, Kathy Childers of China Grove, grandchildren, Amber Miller, David Small, Carmen Childers and a great grandchild, Callie Miller.
