Denise Sutherland Harrington

Obituary: Dorothy Denise Sutherland Harrington, 49, died Thursday, February 14, 2013 at CMC Northeast Medical Center in Concord, NC. Denise was born May 21, 1963 in Iredell County to the late Frank and Linda Sutherland. Denise was a loving homemaker, wife, mother, and grandmother. Survivors include her husband, James Harrington; a son, Michael Christopher Harrington of Concord; two grandchildren, Alexis Nicole Harrington, and John Wesley Harrington; and two brothers, Bill Sutherland and Alfred Sutherland both of Kannapolis; She was a loving parent and guardian to her extended pet family who she loved and loved her. A funeral service will be held 3:00 P.M. Sunday, February 17, 2013 at Whitley's Annex Chapel with the Rev. Bobby Sutherland officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will be Monday, February 18, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Big Flatts Cemetery in Fleetwood, NC.
