Dennis Hugh Elver

Dennis "Hugh" Elver, Concord, North Carolina passed away on October 2, 2022 peacefully in his sleep.

Hugh was born on August 12, 1965 in Madison, Wisconsin to Charles "David" and Jill C. (Sievers) Elver. Hugh grew up and lived in Madison, Verona, Stanley, Darlington, Wisconsin, Decorah Iowa and Lead, South Dakota where he graduated High school. Hugh then enlisted and proudly served in the United States Army. After his service, Hugh relocated to North Carolina and became an electrician. Hugh enjoyed Motorcycle riding, Hunting, Fishing and Refinishing Furniture.

Hugh is survived by his mother Jill C. Elver of Golden CO, Brother Charles David Elver Jr. of West Palm Beach FL, Sister Kimberly and Brother In Law (Doug) Ambrose of Littleton CO, Aunt Jackie Mackesey of Cottage Grove WI, Aunt Gay Walls of Deforest, WI, Aunt Sally Olson of Henderson NV, Uncle and Aunt Todd and (Wally Jo) Camphausen, several cousins and a very special friend Helen Phillips of Concord, NC.

Hugh was preceded in death by his Father Charles "David" Elver, his Uncles Jay Olson, Richard Mackesey and Leroy Walls.
A Military Memorial Service will be held at the Salisbury National Cemetery on Thursday October 20, 2022 at 11:00am.
