Donald "Dj " Howard Baugh, Iii

Donald Howard “DJ” Baugh, III, of Kannapolis, passed away unexpectedly Monday afternoon, September 19, 2022.

Born December 29, 1997, in Willard, Ohio, DJ was a son of Donald Howard Baugh, Jr and Rachael Nicol Lacy Baugh. Preceding him in death were his paternal grandparents, Donald and Marjorie Baugh, Sr; an uncle, Elzie Baugh; cousin, Jeremy Fisher and several close friends.

DJ had most recently been employed with Brothers Tire, where he was an automotive technician. He loved spending time with his family and friends and spoiling his nieces and nephews. He also enjoyed loud music, doing burn-outs, and riding motorcycles and four wheelers. An all-around fun guy, there was never a dull moment with DJ and he could always make you smile. Gone too soon, he will be greatly missed by his family, friends and all who knew and loved him.

Family members left with cherished memories in addition to his parents, include his brothers, David Baugh (Melinda), Zachary Lacy and Wesley Baugh (Lizz); his sister, Brittany Baugh (William); special love, Alyssa Williamson; nieces and nephews, Kale, Ethan, Kaylyn, Bayleigh, Ryleigh, Lyllean, Konnor and David, Jr; extended family members and lots of special friends.

The family will receive friends from 1:00-3:00 pm Sunday, September 25, 2022, at Whitley’s Funeral Home.  Funeral services to remember and celebrate DJ’s life will begin at 3:00 pm in the funeral home chapel, conducted by Pete Overcash.
