Obituary: Doris Fesperman Webber Loflin of 4381 Greenridge Lane died on Monday July 27, 2009 at Universal Healthcare in Concord. She had been in declining health but seriously ill for several weeks. She was born September 9, 1936 in Montgomery County to the late Tom and Edna Fesperman. She was also preceded in death by her former husband Robert Webber, her brothers T.C., J. Lee, Floyd and George and a sister Myrtle Seamon. She had moved to Mooresville as a child from Mt. Gilead. She was a graduate of Mt. Ulla High School. She lived in Delaware for 20 years before moving back to Salisbury where she worked at Fuch's Systems of Salisbury and Salisbury-Rowan Community Service Council until retiring due to disability in 1990. She was a member of Bethpage United Methodist Church. Funeral services will be 3:00 PM Friday (July 31, 2009) at Whitley's Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Rev. Jeff Coppley. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. At other times they will be at her sister's home, Mary Helms 4220 Highway 152 East Rockwell. She is survived by her husband Darrell Loflin, her sister Mary Helms of Rockwell, her brother Avis Fesperman of Mt. Gilead and numerous nieces and nephews.
