Duane Raymond Stoudt

Duane Raymond Stoudt, 60, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, June 16, 2024.

Duane was born March 11, 1964 in Warren County, N.J. a son of Sharon Lee Fazekas Stoudt of Daytona Beach, Fl. and the late Raymond Louis Stoudt. He was also preceded in death by a brother Gary Troy Stoudt.

Duane’s survivors, in addition to his mother, also include a sister, Sherrilee Stoudt of Daytona Beach, Fl., a cousin, Kathy Anderson and husband Bob of Myakka City, Fl. and their children Cory and Lacey. He also leaves behind his beloved canine companion Batman.

Duane was employed as a CNC machinist at Hendrick Motorsports for 21 years. He enjoyed NASCAR and Disc Golf and beating everyone at Phase 10. He enjoyed cooking and barbequing for; and spending time with, his many friends and family.

A Memorial service for Duane will be held at 5:30 P.M. Thursday, June 20, 2024 at the Hendrick Motorsports Team Center, 4411 Papa Joe Hendrick Blvd, Concord, NC  28027 conducted by Chaplain Donnie Floyd.

Live Like Cameron is a local non-profit created in 2017 in memory of Cameron Fulling, who battled brain cancer for seven years. Cameron passed away on April 6th, 2017, just 12 days short of his 10th birthday.

The mission of Live Like Cameron is to provide financial assistance through gift cards or financial donations to families with children that have been diagnosed with cancer, and to give children comfort during hospitalizations by providing soft bedding and care packages.
