September 30, 1957 - December 27, 2024

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Dyanne Yvonne Nicklas, a beloved mother, grandmother, partner, sister, and friend. Dyanne entered into eternal rest on December 27, 2024, after a life filled with faith, love, and service. She was 67.

Dyanne was preceded in death by her parents, Yvonne and Willis Miller, who instilled in her the values of kindness, resilience, and devotion that she carried throughout her life. She is survived by her loving brothers, George and Denny Miller, who she looked up to and loved dearly.

Dyanne shared 37 wonderful years with her devoted partner, Brenda Lyons. Their steadfast love and partnership were a source of inspiration and comfort to all who knew them. Together, they built a life filled with laughter, love, and cherished memories.

Dyanne was the proud and loving mother of five children: Patrick Nicklas (Amanda), Eric Nicklas, Brad Nicklas (Tonya), Jeff Lyons (Faith), and Breanna Lyons (Spencer Woodmansee), who were her greatest joy and source of pride. She also cherished her role as “Grandma” to Ben, Caleb, Hannah, Simon, and Shayla, delighting in their accomplishments and offering her endless love and support.

A woman of deep Christian faith, Dyanne lived her life guided by her beliefs, serving as an example of kindness, strength, and compassion. Her unwavering dedication to her family was matched only by her passion for helping others as a nurse aide and skilled phlebotomist. She found purpose in caring for people and took pride in her work.

Dyanne’s love of animals was another defining part of her life. Whether caring for her many beloved pets, helping with the horse farm, or admiring the beauty of nature, she found peace and joy in the company of animals.

Dyanne’s legacy is one of love, resilience, and devotion. She will be profoundly missed but forever remembered by her family, friends, and all who were blessed to know her.

A celebration of Dyanne’s life will be held in the summer of 2025. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to The Wild Horse Preserve At Grayce Wynds

Her life was a testament to the power of faith, love, and partnership, and she now rests in the arms of her Savior.
