She was born on August 1, 1965 in Bell Co., TX, the daughter of the late Donald E. Paul and the late Christina MacKenzie Paul. She is survived her fiancé, John Jewitt and by a number of aunts and cousins. Betsy was raised in Columbus, Ohio and worked for 23 year as an accountant for, Defense Supply Center in Columbus, Ohio.
