April 11, 1956 — September 27, 2021

Kannapolis

Elizabeth Ann Barnhardt Moore, 65, of Kannapolis, went into her heavenly home on Monday, September 27, 2021.

Ann was born on April 11, 1956 in Cabarrus County to the late Arnold Lee Barnhardt and Mary Elizabeth Watts Barnhardt.

Ann was a caring and kind-hearted person who loved others unconditionally. She was a very involved and faithful member of Risen Life Church, where she had been a member for over 35 years. She had a special place in her heart for children and loved to minister in the nursery and children’s department. She was lovingly known as “MeMaw” by so many children, not just her own. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Those left to cherish her memory include her beloved husband of 38 years, Robert Moore; four children, Tabatha (Terry) Morton, Jennifer (Larry) Aldridge; Michael (Tonia) Rumple, and Robert (Aprille) Moore Jr.; grandchildren, Dustin Morton, Terry Morton III, Hannah Aldridge, LJ Aldridge, Michael Rumple Jr., Christopher Rumple, Meagan Long, Daniel Long, Tyler Long, Addyson Rumple, Gage Moore, Greyson Moore; and brother, David (Vicki) Barnhardt.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at Risen Life Church, 623 N Juniper Avenue in Kannapolis. The funeral service will follow and begin at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Chris Messina officiating. Burial will immediately follow the service at Kannapolis Cemetery.
