Obituary: Erasmo Garcia Jimenez "Memo", 39, died Friday, November 16, 2012 in Salisbury, NC. Mr. Jimenez was born November 25, 1972 in Durango, Mexico to the late Jose Garcia and Roberta Jimenez. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church; he loved music by singing and playing his guitar. He also had a deep love for his friends and family. Survivors include his three children, Karen Garcia, Erick Garcia, and Cindy Garcia all of Kannapolis; two brothers, Enrique Garcia of Kannapolis and Lorenzo Garcia of Landis; a sister, Chris Garcia of Las Vegas, Nevada, and Gabby Garcia of Mexico; and many nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 1:00 P.M Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Burial will follow at St. James Catholic Church Cemetery.
