Obituary: Eric Lee Lambert, 46, of Kannapolis died at the Bob and Carolyn Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis on Sep. 15, 2012. Eric was born on July 18, 1966 in Cabarrus County, the son of the late Melvin Lee Lambert and the late Mary Wilkerson Lambert. He was a lifelong resident of this area, had worked as an installer / service manager for Macke Water Systems; loved woodworking and enjoyed his Harley Davidson motor cycle. Eric is survived by his wife, Teena Overcash Lambert of the home; a brother, David Lambert (Tammy) of China Grove, NC; his sister, Darlene Shirley (Jim) of Columbia, SC; and two nephews, Allan Lambert (Samantha) of China Grove and Michael Shirley of Columbia, SC. A memorial service for Mr. Lambert will be held at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, Sep. 20th at Whitley's Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Pastor John Mark Beam and Pastor Gil Martin.
