Obituary: Ernest Frank "Ernie" Ellison, 64, passed away on Monday, February 9, 2015 at Providence Medical Center in Kansas City, KS. Mr. Ellison was born on August 11, 1950 in Port Hueneme, CA and was a member of a military family living in many places over the years. He has enjoyed living in Bonner Springs, KS area. For the past five years he worked for Coca-Cola bottling Company in Lenexa, KS as a project engineer and materials handler. Mr. Ellison is survived by his wife of 23 years Paula Ellison of the home and two children Chelsea and Chase of the home; One brother John Ellison and his wife Cinnamon of Huntersville, North Carolina; and one sister Retha Oakley and her husband Robert of King, North Carolina. A funeral service will be held 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at Whitley's Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park.
