Faye Elizabeth (Jones) Cain

Kannapolis

Faye Elizabeth Jones Cain, 79 years old, of Kannapolis, passed away peacefully on April 7, 2024.  Faye was born in Giles County, TN on May 2, 1944, to the late Alton and Jessie Branch Jones.

Faye’s biggest love was her family.  She also enjoyed going to the beach, shopping, and cooking for her family during the holidays.

Faye was predeceased by her husband, Bobby Jack Cain, Sr. in 2023; her son, Billy James Troglin and his wife Tonda; her grandchildren, Larry Brown, III, Alton Troglin and Heather Turner, and six siblings.  Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Kathy Turner, Betty Brown and her husband Larry, Edward Troglin and his wife Pamela and Bobby Jack Cain, Jr. and his wife Penni; her grandchildren, Michael Troglin and his  wife Kristin, Krista Brown and her husband Jason, Tabitha Troglin, Billy Troglin and his wife Amber, Rebecca Troglin, Alison Cain, Amber Smith and her husband Hunter, and Bobby Jack Cain, III; her eight great grandchildren; and her brother James Jones and his wife Jeannette.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 13, 2024, from 10 to 11am at Whitley’s Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 11am in the Whitley’s Funeral Home Chapel.
